We require 72 hours notice prior to changing or canceling appointments.

Emergency

We can be contacted 24 hours a day.  Your call will be promptly referred to the doctor for follow-up care.

Fees and Insurance

During your initial visit, surgical fees will be discussed with you. Since most cosmetic surgery is considered elective, you may not be entitled to insurance reimbursement for your treatment. The responsibility for payment remains with the patient. Payment of surgical fees for elective procedures is expected prior to surgery However, in cases where surgery is indicated to correct a condition or repair an injury reimbursement may be forthcoming. We will be happy to assist you in preparing the necessary forms for your insurance company. For legal and ethical reasons, we will not claim that a procedure has been performed for therapeutic reasons when it has not.
